Background
Country Connects, an initiative of Wexford Walking Trails, together with Wexford County Council, Healthy Wexford and the Irish Farmer’s Association, is a series of monthly walks inviting you to get outdoors and explore some of the fabulous trails in the Wexford Walking Trails network. These walks are taking place on the last Sunday of each month on one of our ninety-five waymarked trails across County Wexford. The trails will be graded as ‘easy’ or ‘moderate’ and suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness. Good outdoor walking footwear, suitable clothing and snacks/drinks are all recommended.
