Wexford Walking Trails together with Wexford Country Council, Healthy Wexford and the Irish Farmer’s Association are delighted to invite you to as and a special Fleadh Cheoil Heritage Walk on Thursday 8th August 2024. We are all celebrating and welcoming the Fleadh and hope you can join us on what is a particularly interesting walk through an area rich in culture and heritage, where the All-Ireland Button Accordian Player, George Ross, lived and is celebrated in a beautiful mural. The Faythe Heritage Trail situated at the south end of the town will give you the opportunity to experience some of Wexford’s richest history. Bring good comfortable footwear and waterproofs are required just in case the weather isn’t good!
