Kelly’s Wood Trails

Four kilometres of trails bring the walker through a tranquil natural oak-dominated wood. Now managed by Coillte, the wood is a good example of wet woodlands which are important for the less conspicuous elements of biodiversity i.e. insects and lichens.  Primroses, wood anemone and bluebells can be enjoyed during the Springtime.
