The St. Helen’s Trail (yellow waymarker discs) is a beautiful linear walk extending approximately 4 km from St Helen’s across the beach via Ballytrent and St Margaret’s and finishing at Carne’s blue flag beach. This is an 8km round trip. In the event of any difficulties along the trail on the day, walkers will be redirected via the Ballytrent Loop which will bring us back to St Helens along some lovely country roads. We suggest that participants bring refreshments for a picnic stop at Carne pier before we return to St Helen’s Bay.

Note: Toilet facilities are available at Carne pier.
