This beautifully carved eagle is the latest wood sculpture to grace the Tintern Trails. It was made by a team of Tús workers under the tuition of Tommy Kelly in Bevel Furniture. The riverside sculpture is located near the bridge beside the Abbey, and you can see it from the Red and Purple Trails. Eagles feature prominently in the Colcough coat of arms, so we think it’s a very appropriate – and beautifully crafted – addition to the Tintern Abbey (County Wexford) estate!
